Middle DevOps Engineer

We're a global engineering team building and running the real-time bidding platform behind Meazy. Java, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Kafka, GCP — you'll help scale performance, optimize cloud infrastructure, and ship new capabilities across the product. We use modern AI tooling for internal automation, code generation, and infrastructure management. We work agile, ship often, and trust people to own outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate on designing new features and system improvements.
  • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform.
  • Maintain a diverse database ecosystem of 10+ technologies.
  • Design and scale microservices across Kubernetes clusters on multiple continents.
  • Bring current IT best practices and CI/CD discipline into the setup.
  • Drive infrastructure and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Use AI tooling to automate application and infrastructure workflows.

Minimum qualifications

  • 3+ years in cloud infrastructure or software development.
  • 3+ years working with Kubernetes.
  • 2+ years with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Working knowledge of PostgreSQL administration.
  • Programming fluency in any scripting language.

Nice to have

  • Experience with high-scale, big-data distributed systems.
  • Hands-on with CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Config Connector, Crossplane).
  • Demonstrated work in infrastructure or cost optimization.

What you'll do

  • Drive net-new business by building a book of holding-company and independent agency accounts.
  • Prospect mid-market media agencies and close revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with client success, ad ops, and product on clean campaign execution.
  • Educate clients on our differentiation across display, video, OTT, mobile app, and native.
  • Deliver sales presentations tailored to each agency's KPIs.
  • Track and forecast pipeline accurately using CRM tools.

You'll have

  • Source, structure, and close complex trading agreements, enterprise partnerships, and strategic initiatives.

  • Lead joint business planning with priority agencies — clear objectives, success metrics, growth plans.
  • Represent Meazy at industry events, holding-company summits, QBRs, and thought-leadership forums.
  • Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting through Salesforce.

You'll bring

  • Extensive, current relationships across major holding-company agencies and leading independents — investment, programmatic, strategy.
  • Track record of delivering multi-million-dollar revenue through complex, multi-stakeholder partnerships.
  • Deep expertise in mobile or video advertising and the broader programmatic ecosystem.

We're looking for a Supply Account Manager to join our growing supply team. A high-impact role focused on growing and strengthening strategic relationships with our publisher partners — mobile app, web, and OTT — and unlocking new revenue through tactical, data-driven account management.

What you'll do

  • Own and manage a portfolio of publisher accounts, with a focus on mobile app and web inventory.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across publisher partners.
  • Unlock revenue growth through data-driven insights and tailored monetization strategies.
  • Work with Technical, Product, Demand, and Operations teams to scale revenue through tactical partner management.

You'll have

  • Previous experience in an account management or operations role, ideally at an ad tech business (SDK, ad network, or programmatic).
  • Experience with SDK clients and the programmatic landscape.
  • Fluent English — written and spoken — with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Confidence communicating and presenting.
  • Ability to work autonomously and think strategically.
  • Experience growing accounts and relationships.
