The terms governing your access to and use of the Meazy self-serve RTB platform, open ad marketplace, and related programmatic functionality.
Service definition
The notion of "service" in this document encompasses all services provided by Meazy, which include access to the Meazy self-serve RTB platform, the open ad marketplace, and other programmatic functionalities related to the self-serve RTB platform.
Access
Meazy provides you with all necessary platform functions and revocable access to the platform features necessary for advertising campaign delivery:
- Taking part in online auctions, finding suitable ad slots, bidding, purchasing, and displaying ads on publisher inventory.
- Storing creatives at ad servers.
- Measurement and attribution of performance results with system analytics.
Limitations
When you receive access to the platform, you gain the rights of the user who may apply all available internal functionality at their own discretion. The role of the user does not extend to any rights related to patenting, trademarking, or intellectual ownership. Meazy prohibits using the platform for purposes that may be qualified as a violation of laws, intellectual property rights, and the requirements stated here.
Strictly prohibited:
- Making a copy of the platform or any of its separate parts, functionality, etc.
- Performing reverse engineering or attempting to fetch the source code or API of the system.
- Creating any derivative products based on the functional parts of the platform.
Meazy reserves the right to update these Standard Terms from time to time at its sole discretion.
Prohibited activities
The following list includes — but is not limited to — activities that are prohibited on our self-serve platform. If you do not find your case in the list or have additional questions considering the appropriateness of certain actions, contact a Meazy representative to clarify the issue and receive a permit.
- Applying an unauthorized credit card for paying commissions or funding your account.
- Trying to access other Meazy services that don't belong to the self-serve platform without authorization.
- Advertising illegal services or products (a full list is featured in our Demand Policy).
- Taking part in fraud traffic generation or other actions harmful to the company's image.
- Being part of an entity that spawns malware or dangerous software.
- Engaging in copyright infringement or violation of patents, trademarks, or corporate secrets.
- Reselling or sublicensing the platform or its features.
- Applying frame technologies in order to enfold Meazy trademarks, logos, and corporate information.
- Copying website content and monitoring changes using crawlers or bots.
- Using scraping techniques or automated software for data gathering.
- Spreading service-related information retrieved from the platform.
- Any actions that may be potentially harmful to Meazy, its partners, servers, technology, and overall operation.
Personal account
By entering this agreement you guarantee to Meazy that you are eligible to do so. If you are creating a personal account on behalf of a different company, you also guarantee that you hold legal capacity to close this deal on behalf of the company you represent.
Data confirmation
Additional information may be required in case we need to confirm certain data — for example, email ownership or copies of documents that confirm your identity. You entitle Meazy, or a third-party entity, to validate your information if necessary.
Information update
It is your responsibility to keep your personal data valid and relevant. If important information or any piece of it is no longer correct, inform Meazy as soon as possible.
Necessary requirements for ads
All ads you submit to the Meazy self-serve RTB platform must correspond to:
- Technical specifications.
- The rules of publishers where ads will be displayed.
- Policy regulations and requirements. The content of policies applies not only to ads but also to landing pages linked from ads.
Advertising liability
The ads you make, upload, and serve using Meazy services are your responsibility. Any harm or loss they may cause to others is also your responsibility. Meazy shall not be liable for the content of ads provided by you, your affiliates, agents, or third-party providers.
Ad quality approval
You need to get approval from Meazy before running ads. Meazy integrates with traffic safety providers to monitor traffic purity and prevent fraud.
Compliance violation
Meazy may monitor ads for compliance. Ads violating rules can be removed and accounts suspended or deleted without prior notice.
CPM floor for ad units
The allowed CPM floor for banner ad units is $0.50. For native ad units — $0.70. For pre-roll videos: $3.00 in a small player, $5.00 in a medium player, and $7.00 in a large player.
Buying
The Meazy self-serve RTB platform allows you to bid per impression. Once a bid is accepted, the inventory purchase cannot be reversed.
Methods of payment
The recommended payment for a first campaign is at least $1,000. This serves as a non-refundable Guarantee deposit. Subsequent deposits require at least $500. Accepted payment is in U.S. dollars. For inactivity longer than 6 months, the account will be closed and the balance set to $0 ("inactive fee").
Responsibility for your account
You are solely responsible for correct campaign settings — including bid prices, targeting criteria, and URLs.
Taxation
You are responsible for paying taxes, tariffs, and duties related to the use of Meazy services, except for income taxes paid by Meazy.
Refund policy
Refunds may be requested in writing to info@meazy.tech within 45 days of deposit allocation. Refunds exclude a 15% administrative fee and the Guarantee deposit. No refunds are issued for accounts terminated due to fraudulent or inappropriate content.
Indemnification
By using Meazy services you agree to indemnify Meazy, its representatives, employees, and consultants from harm or loss caused by your use of services or violations of this agreement.
Intellectual property
You grant Meazy non-exclusive, royalty-free rights to process and deliver ads on your behalf. The logo, the domain "Meazy.tech", and related trademarks are the exclusive property of Meazy.
Damage disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". Meazy does not guarantee uninterrupted service or results, and is not liable for losses exceeding amounts paid for undelivered ads.
Service disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, Meazy refuses to provide guarantees for campaign performance. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, repair, or network issues. Internet risks and data transmission losses are not Meazy's responsibility.
Governing law
This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the European Union (EU). Jurisdiction and venue for all disputes hereunder shall be in the EU.
General conditions
Account deletion or suspension: Meazy may suspend or delete accounts for violations.
Confidentiality: you must keep platform information confidential.
Privacy policies: see our Privacy Policy on meazy.tech.
Suggestions: provided voluntarily and free of compensation.
Joint ventures are prohibited.
Transfer of rights without Meazy's consent is not allowed.
Force majeure: Meazy is not liable for service interruptions caused by events beyond its control.
Notices may be provided via the platform, email, or mail. Agreement modifications may occur, and you are responsible for reviewing updates.
