Privacy
policy.
How UAB Meazy collects, uses, and protects information when delivering ad-serving and monetization services — written to comply with GDPR, Lithuanian data protection laws, and applicable privacy regulations in the United States and Asia.
This Privacy Policy applies to user data collected, stored, or processed by UAB Meazy ("we," "us," "our") for providing ad-serving and monetization services. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Lithuanian data protection laws, and the data protection provisions of other regions where Meazy services are in use, including the United States and Asia.
For Meazy, the protection of personal data is a core value, and we strictly comply with data privacy laws and industry standards. Users' data is processed by UAB Meazy (J. Savickio g. 4-7, 01108, Vilnius, Lithuania) — the service provider and data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation.
Our services are intended for the general public and not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from users who are considered children under their respective national laws. This document also applies to technologies embedded within our ad-serving services on third-party resources (websites and applications) through which we receive information.
What is personal information?
According to Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR, personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person — and can therefore be used to obtain personal or factual details about the data subject (such as name, address, telephone number, date of birth, or email address).
Information that cannot — directly or indirectly — be associated with a natural person, such as anonymous or aggregated data, is not considered personal information.
Cookies and identifiers
We specialize in delivering relevant ads to users. For maximum ad relevance, we use data about devices, sessions, and resources used by users, as well as information about interaction with advertising creatives. We only use anonymized identifiers for these purposes — such as cookies and mobile advertising IDs.
Types of cookies used:
- Technical cookies — necessary for website functionality and cannot be refused.
- Preference cookies — store user settings (e.g., language or region).
- Statistic cookies — used for analytical services to understand user engagement.
- Advertising cookies — used to provide relevant ads and understand ad performance, including frequency capping and measurement.
What data do we collect and process?
Through our programmatic platform, we may process the following data on behalf of our clients and under their instructions (Art. 28(3) GDPR):
- General device information (type, model, manufacturer).
- User-Agent information (operating system, browser).
- Connection information (IP address, carrier).
- Approximate geographic location (country, region, city) derived from IP address.
- Session information (websites or apps visited).
- Information about advertisements served (e.g., advertiser, type of ad, placement, interactions, post-click actions).
We do not collect directly identifiable information such as names, phone numbers, emails, credit card details, or postal addresses.
How we use data
Meazy uses collected information strictly for online marketing and ad-serving purposes. Specifically:

- Provide aggregated reports on advertising effectiveness.
- Ensure security and fraud prevention.
Legal basis
Our legal basis for processing user information includes:
- Consent — Art. 6(1) lit. a GDPR.
- Performance of a contract — Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR.
- Legitimate interest — Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR — e.g., improving services, fraud prevention, ensuring technical security, and enforcing contractual rights.
- Legal obligation — Art. 6(1) lit. c GDPR — where processing is required by law.
Data sharing
We may share anonymized or aggregated data with advertisers and publishers. Non-aggregated data may be stored by third-party hosting providers (data centers in the EU, USA, and Asia) strictly for providing services to us. We do not use additional third-party advertising partners (e.g., Google, ID5).
Children's information
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Data security
Meazy implements strict technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

Your data may be processed outside of your country of residence, including in the EU, USA, and Asia. For transfers outside the EEA, we apply safeguards in line with European law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
